Costa gets blasted at water rally!

On Tuesday, May 22, there was a water rally in Los Banos attended by Rep. Jim Costa. Mr. Costa left right after his address to the 300-400 attendees. This did not sit well with the organizers. At 11 minutes 48 seconds into this video, the Hispanic speaker rips into Jim Costa for not staying to actually hear their concerns and praises Johnny Tacherra.
